Policies

Due to space, time, and handling constraints we are unable to use ‘customer provided’ platters. If you would like your order delivered, submit your delivery request at least a week or more in advance. We consider all orders final three days before the scheduled event date and are not able to make any changes after this time. Substitutions are fine. If you do not receive a faxed or e-mailed confirmation, your order is not confirmed. All cancellations will forfeit all deposits.
